he Go2IT Group offers email, web-based portal, chat and telephone support to customers with valid Client Care Managed IT Service Contracts or Pre-Paid Hourly Support Contracts. The Go2IT Group also offers a range of Professional Services to meet your needs, from our Managed Services, Help Desk and complete IT Support Services to our traditional statement of work-based services.

Web Portal

Requesting support by using the Client Care website portal is simple. Here are the steps.

  • On your windows taskbar located at the bottom of the screen, an orange "2" should appear.
  • Simply click on the "2" icon and your local machine information will appear.
  • Click on the "Ticketing" or"Chat" links located on the left side of your screen to get support.

Once your support case is submitted and received, you'll get a confirmation email response from one of our support engineers. You can use that confirmation email to correspond with the engineer assigned to your case either by phone or via email correspondence.

Email Support

Requesting support by email is simple. Here are the steps.

  • In the subject line of you email, include a brief support subject regarding your ticket submission
  • When submitting a suport request, please include Name, Email Address and Phone Number
  • Within the subject of the email, please describe the nature of your issue
  • Submit email to clientcare@go2itgroup.net

Once your email support case is created, you'll get a confirmation email response from one of our support engineers. You can use that confirmation email to correspond with the engineer assigned to your case either by phone or via email correspondence. If for some reason we're unable to process your email support request, you'll receive an email notification providing other methods for contacting The Go2IT Group for support.
