Utility Company Needs Rapid Response in Emergency

One of the largest utility companies in the United States, serving millions of natural gas customers across much of the US, required The Go2IT Group to provide technical resources for several projects in several locations in the US.  Lacking the time and logistical support, the client commissioned The Go2IT Group to deploy several resources with a fast turnaround time to support the client’s field personnel during a crisis situation. These resources were asked to continue their support roles, even after the crisis was solved in order to provide technical support and to update their mobile field equipment including tablets and phones. The client was able to resume normal business practices quickly due in part to The Go2IT Group’s ability to supply highly skilled technical resources.
