The Go2IT Group offers email, web-based portal, and phone support to customers with Managed IT Service Contracts or Pre-Paid Hourly Support Contracts.

Email Support: helpdesk@go2itgroup.com
- Subject line should provide short description of issue
- Body of email should include details of issue and contact info
- A ticket will be generated and you’ll receive email confirmation
Portal Support:
- On the Windows taskbar on your work computer, click the arrow to reveal hidden icons
- Click on the “2” icon and a number of options will appear, including one to create a ticket
- This option is only available for our fully managed clients
