The Go2IT Group offers email, web-based portal, and phone support to customers with Managed IT Service Contracts or Pre-Paid Hourly Support Contracts. 

Phone Support:  440-471-8210 option 1 (for the help desk)

Email Support:

  • Subject line should provide short description of issue
  • Body of email should include details of issue and contact info
  • A ticket will be generated and you’ll receive email confirmation

Portal Support:  

  • On the Windows taskbar on your work computer, click the arrow to reveal hidden icons
  • Click on the “2” icon and a number of options will appear, including one to create a ticket
  • This option is only available for our fully managed clients
